HOW IT ALL STARTED

My name is Lauren, and I am the owner of Bella & Jane. I have always loved fashion, and for as long as I can remember, I have enjoyed finding clothes that are simple, beautiful and easy to wear. Eight years ago, I decided to turn that passion into something of my own and started Bella & Jane. I wanted to create a store where women could find styles they genuinely liked without feeling overwhelmed by endless choices. What started as a small idea has grown into a store that I am very proud of today. Over the years, I have learned so much from the women who shop with us and from the styles they love. Every order, message and kind word from a customer has meant more to me than you probably realize. I am very grateful that what started eight years ago is still something I get to do every day.

A STORE BUILT AROUND FASHION

Fashion has always been the part of this business that I enjoy most. I love looking through new styles, discovering pieces that I would wear myself and choosing items that I think our customers will enjoy. At Bella & Jane, I try to keep our selection practical, stylish and easy to wear, with pieces that can fit naturally into everyday life. I do not believe that fashion needs to be complicated, and I think the best pieces are often the ones you find yourself reaching for again and again. As the store has grown, I have continued to look for new styles while keeping the same simple approach that Bella & Jane started with. I also pay close attention to what our customers like, because their feedback has helped shape the store over the years. It is a lovely feeling to see women come back to Bella & Jane because they found something they really liked the first time.

EIGHT YEARS AND COUNTING

After eight years, Bella & Jane still feels very personal to me. I am proud of how far the store has come, but I am even more excited about what is still ahead. My hope is to keep Bella & Jane going for many more years, continuing to find beautiful styles and serving the women who choose to shop with us. I know there are many places to shop online, so I never take it for granted when someone chooses Bella & Jane for their next purchase. Every customer has played a small part in the story of this store, whether they have been shopping with us for years or have only just discovered us.
